Our Motivation

From 250 Euros raised in 2023 to almost 5000 raised and a place in the NL Top 20 Teams in 2024!

In 2025 things are a little different... Our team has shrunk significantly. Our top donator started his own team in Belgium and Soroosh will not be contributing while he's travelling South-East Asia.

For this year's Movember make sure to check out team captain Dennis' space, as most things Hearts Wide Open Movember will be happening there. Support us with a donation and connect with us to join our team for this or next year!

Hearts Wide Open is dedicated to raise the voice around men's mental health issues by talking about men's issues in an open and vulnerable space. By doing this we aim to inspire other men to have these kind of conversations too, open up and be vulnerable, so that they don't have to suffer by themselves in silence.
