Our Motivation

After a very successful first Movember in 2023 with Hearts Wide Open where we raised over 250 Euros, we're now back to raise awareness for men's health and donations to support the cause.

Hearts Wide Open is dedicated to raise the voice around men's mental health issues by talking about men's issues in an open and vulnerable space. By doing this we aim to inspire other men to have these kind of conversations too, open up and be vulnerable, so that they don't have to suffer by themselves in silence.
