The suicide rate is alarmingly high worldwide, especially among men. Too many men play tough; don't talk about their feelings and suffer in silence. You can get involved and support me, together with the Hearts Wide Open Podcast in raising funds to prevent men from dying too young.

Super Sache! Insbesondere die seelische Gesundheit als Basis eines gesunden Lebens liegt mir im Rahmen meiner Männerarbeit ebenfalls sehr am Herzen! Ich habe vor acht Jahren meinen ersten dynamischen Männerkreis gegründet und moderiere inzwischen 5, davon drei MOORMÄNNER-Gruppen, den NORDKREIS und ab kommenden Mittwoch wird es die „MENTORENWERKSTATT-HAMBURG“ geben, in der Coaches, Therapeuten, Männergruppenleiter, etc. - alles Männer - zusammenkommen, um sich gegenseitig zu inspirieren, in ihrem höheren Anliegen für Männer zu fördern und eine konstruktive, auf Co-Kreation ausgerichtete Männerbewegung zu fördern, die der Würde, der Gesundheit, der freien Entfaltung und dem Frieden der Menschheitsfamilie dient.

Hätte große Lust mich mal mit euch zu verabreden!
