My motivation

A lot has happened in 2023. Personal growth, and also realizing the big effect of mental health on my physical health and well-being.
My story: after losing our son Lukas in 2014, I have had, and to be honest, am still having, a hard time mentally. Trying to adjust to a life without him is very hard. What I learned is that there are many of us out there struggling with mental health.

I am growing a mo in November again to create awareness. If you feel like helping out financially you can make a donation.
But at least try to talk to someone if you are struggling OR reach out to someone you think might need a helping hand.

In November I will cycle, run and swim a total of 120 km. I am convinced that there is a strong connection between mental and physical health. One cannot go without the other.
