My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

This spring I will be walking approximately 1000 kilometers from the Netherlands to northern Italy.

The purpose of this journey is simple: to raise awareness for men's mental health.

Mental health struggles among men are still often invisible. Many men feel pressure to deal with their problems alone, without talking about what they are going through. I know from my own experience how easy it is to feel stuck or lost at times, and how difficult it can be to open up about it.

That is why I decided to take on this challenge.

Over the course of this journey I will travel through several countries, documenting the trip and starting conversations about men's mental health along the way. I also hope to meet people who want to join parts of the journey and share their own stories.

Every donation made here goes directly to Movember to support their work in men's mental health.
