Mental health and suicide prevention

Did you know that over 300 million people worldwide suffer from depression? While the rates may be higher in women, men are significantly affected too. In fact, men are up to four times more likely to die by suicide than women. This alarming statistic highlights the urgent need for increased awareness and resources dedicated to men’s mental health.

Growing up, I struggled with chronic depression and suicidal thoughts for over six years. Having access to mental health resources and support was invaluable. Now, at 25, I wake up every day feeling grateful for the life I live. By donating to Movember, you help ensure that others have the opportunity to find hope and healing.
