My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention

200 Kilometers. In Jeans. For Men’s Mental Health.

On February 21st, I will run 200 kilometers around Lake Luzern in jeans.

Not because it’s comfortable. Not because it’s easy. But because men’s mental health deserves to be impossible to ignore.

I know what it feels like to believe there is no future. I’ve battled thoughts of being useless, dumb, and unworthy. I know how heavy silence can be.

Too many men fight their battles alone. Too many believe they have to stay strong, stay quiet, and carry everything themselves.

This run is for them.
For those who fight their demons alone.

Every kilometer represents a step toward a world where men feel safe to speak up. A world where vulnerability is strength. A world where asking for help is normal.

I am raising funds for Movember to support programs focused on men’s mental health and suicide prevention.
