My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

In December 2020, my father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and earlier this year, in February, he sadly lost his battle. Over these past few years, I’ve seen up close the profound impact of this illness, but also the difference that care, support, and research can make. That’s what drives me to do what I can to help fund awareness, support, and research for anyone affected, directly or indirectly.

This month, I’m once again taking part in Move for Movember as a Mo Sister, using exercise to raise funds and awareness, but this year is extra special, as it’s my first time joining as a Movember Ambassador in support of men’s health.
